Great Pyrenees


The Great Pyrenees, known as the Pyrenean Mountain Dog outside of North America, is a large breed of dog used as a livestock guardian dog. It should not be confused with the Pyrenean Mastiff.

Weight: Male: 110–120 lbs (50–54 kg), Female: 80–90 lbs (36–41 kg)

Height: Male: 28–32 inches (70–82 cm), Female: 26–29 inches (65–74 cm)

Temperament: Fearless, Affectionate, Patient, Strong Willed, Confident, Gentle

Colors: White, Tan, Grey, Red

Litter Size: 6-12 Puppies
