The English Mastiff is a breed of large dog. National kennel clubs, including the United Kingdom’s Kennel Club and the American Kennel Club, refer to the breed as simply the Mastiff.

Origin: England

Weight: Female: 120–170 lbs (54–77 kg), Male: 160–230 lbs (73–100 kg)

Temperament: Affectionate, Good-natured, Dignified, Protective, Calm, Courageous

Height: Female: 28–36 inches (70–91 cm), Male: 28–36 inches (70–91 cm)

Colors: Apricot-fawn, silver-fawn, fawn, or dark fawn-brindle, always with black on the muzzle, ears, and nose and around the eyes

Litter Size: 2-5 Puppies
